Bathing | Breathwork + Bathe

Relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Each session begins with 30 minutes of guided breathwork, followed by 90 minutes of bathing where you can move through our mineral pools, saunas, steam room and ice baths at your own pace.

Includes one complimentary towel. Robes are available to hire at checkout.
